- Automatic Pouch Feeding: Vertical type pouch magazine ensures stable pouch supply and efficient handling of large bags.
- Date Coding: Integrates with printers for batch number, expiration date, or logo marking.
- Pouch Opening: Simultaneous top and bottom pouch opening with detection sensors to ensure accurate opening before filling.
- Accurate Filling + Vibration: Compatible with volumetric fillers, augers, or liquid fillers depending on material. Includes pouch-bottom vibration to settle product evenly.
- Reserve Stations: Two buffer stations allow product settling or integration of additional functions if needed (e.g. metal detector, checkweigher).
- Heat Sealing: Dual heating jaws ensure strong, clean seals even on thick laminated films.
- Forming & Discharging: The final station shapes the pouch for consistent output and discharges it neatly.
