The ZT-150A is engineered for high-speed, high-precision, and clean tube packaging, with an operational speed of 120–150 tubes per minute and a filling accuracy of ±1% (e.g., ±0.2g for a 20g tube). Key performance highlights include:
- Servo-driven dual-station rotary system, achieving stable and efficient continuous operation
- Advanced motion control system, synchronized by dual servo motors and cam-driven mechanisms
- No tube, no fill protection system with dual independent detection units
- Automatic tube feeding system using vacuum-assisted flip tray, holding over 1,500 tubes (20g)
- Anti-drip and anti-stringing blow-cut filling nozzles, designed for clean fills with minimal air entrapment
- Piston-type stainless steel pump with bottom-up filling movement to reduce splashing and bubbles
- Hot air sealing for plastic-laminated and full plastic tubes or folding and crimping for aluminum tubes
