The ZP-8R200 is a fully automatic rotary packaging machine with 8 working stations, each carefully configured to handle one part of the packaging process. Its core functions include:
- Automatic Pouch Feeding: Vertical or horizontal pouch magazine ensures continuous pouch supply.
- Zipper Opening & Date Coding: Equipped with a servo motor for precise zipper opening and supports integration with date printers.
- Pouch Opening Detection: Dual systems for top and bottom pouch opening ensure proper filling and sealing.
- Accurate Filling: Compatible with powder fillers (with dust collectors), liquid fillers, and multi-head weighers.
- Dust Removal: Integrated vacuum and powder dusters clear excess material before sealing to maintain clean seal zones.
- Zipper Locking (Optional): Closes the zipper before sealing to avoid product contamination in the zipper area.
- Heat Sealing & Forming: Double heat sealing ensures strong, leak-proof seals with enhanced package appearance.
- Discharge: Finished bags are discharged cleanly and efficiently.
