The machine performs automatic cup feeding, precise filling, film sealing, cap placement, and final discharge—all in one continuous process. It is compliant with GMP standards and Chinese safety regulations, and features a hygienic design with a fully separated transmission and packaging zone.

With a production capacity of up to 4800 capsules per hour, the CCM120 is ideal for medium to large-scale operations. A user-friendly HMI touchscreen interface and PLC control system ensure easy operation and monitoring. Over 95% of components are from world-class brands, ensuring reliability and low maintenance.
