This fully automated 8-station premade pouch machine is optimized for stand-up pouches with or without ziplocks and can handle various powder types from 50g to 1000g, with options for nitrogen flushing and powder cleanliness protection.

Key Features & Functional Modules

• Stand-Up & Ziplock Bag Handling Equipped with a servo motor-controlled zip opening and bottom-opening device, the machine ensures smooth handling of stand-up ziplock pouches and doypack-style bags, even for heavier powders.
• Nitrogen Flushing System (Optional) A nitrogen gas injection system can be integrated just before sealing, flushing the pouch interior to preserve aroma and freshness—ideal for sensitive powders like coffee and cocoa.
• Clean Zip Sealing Function (Optional) An optional zip-sealing module ensures the zip area remains free of powder contamination before final sealing, improving end-user experience and maintaining bag hygiene.
• Powder Dosing Integration The machine works seamlessly with a screw auger dosing system, achieving high precision for powders between 50g and 1000g.
• Heat Sealing + Seal Shaping After nitrogen injection, the sealing jaws provide a firm, airtight seal, followed by a seal shaping station to give the pouch a neat and professional finish.
