High speed plastic/laminated tube filling and sealing machine is a full automatic double stations type. In order to correspond to GMP demands, the wearable sliding bearing above work table is imported from Germany, unnecessary to oil, thereby reducing pollution; In order to guarantee stable and reliable operation, use the worm gear and worm screw main motor; In order to protect machine, torque limiter and tightened to prevent the overload; In order to guarantee high speed operation ,use the synchronous belt;The whole machine advances both in configuration and allocation, equipped with Chinese fault indication and alarm signaling system, owning such characteristics as ease of handling for operation and maintenance and cleaning. Filling and sealing procedure：Deliver the plastic/lami tube into the cup socket by rotary plate, then fill by stainless steel piston pump. The plastic/lami tube is automatically hot air sealing, and embossing.

plastic/lami tube in feed system：Full automatic in feed mechanism, whole box in feed by manual; Double doors on tube box, easy to in feed, having a large capacity; Taking example for 20g tube, having more than 1500tubes capacity in tube box; Driving by cam, smooth and soft operation; Having negative pressure holes on rotary plate to inhale plastic/lami tube to guarantee its dropping into tube cup; Shank switch could control whether the plastic/lami tube is dropping when the machine runs.
