Doypack packing machine

In response to diverse packaging needs from our customers, we‘ve developed our innovative 10-working-station doypack machine. The greater number of stations allows for finer rotation of the machine’s divider, effectively reducing the rotation time of the bag machine's central turntable. This enhancement significantly boosts operational speed, meeting the demand for increased velocity and multifunctionality.

Equipped with 10 working stations, this machine adeptly accommodates various bag packaging requirements, facilitating the simultaneous packaging of multiple materials, such as premade food.

Main FEATUREA:

1.MEET THE HYGIENE STANDARDS OF FOOD PROCESSING MACHINERY

The components of the machine that come into contact with the material and the bags are made from materials that comply with food hygiene requirements, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the product.

2.AUTOMATIC BAG LOADING STATIONG

This is where operators load the pre-made gusseted bags onto the machine. The bags are typically stacked in a magazine or hopper for automatic feeding.

3.DATE CODING FEATURE

The machine comes with a standard color ribbon date coding feature, which helps save costs while ensuring clear printing. Additionally, optional features such as inkjet coding, laser coding, or thermal transfer printing can be selected based on specific requirements.

4.HEAT SEALING

A variety of heat sealing are available: straight line sealing, mesh sealing, dot sealing, line sealing, etc.
