It begins by automatically dropping empty capsule cups into position, followed by accurate dosing of ground coffee into each capsule.
A dust suction mechanism is integrated to maintain a clean working environment by eliminating fine coffee particles.
Once filled, the machine places pre-cut aluminum foil lids onto each capsule and applies consistent and secure heat sealing.
The machine features intelligent sensors and programmable controls (PLC + HMI), allowing operators to monitor and adjust parameters in real time.
